Her research interests are in the field of Bulgarian symbolism, diabolism and contemporary Bulgarian literature. Her current research interests are focused on the various mechanisms of constructing the image of women in Bulgarian poetry and prose. She is part of the research project "Bulgarian literature after the Liberation (1878) - personalities and processes, documents and artifacts (digital dictionary)" (since 2020) as an external collaborator and author of dictionary articles.
