The topic of the project covers various areas of medieval studies - history, source studies, literary heritage and art history. The issue focuses on the significant influence of the Byzantine cultural model on Serbs and Bulgarians during a certain period of time - the fourteenth century. The research focuses on bilateral political and cultural relations in order to study in more detail the specific data from the written monuments.
